We present “Dei Colli” High Quality Cooked Ham obtained from the processing and cooking of fresh pork thighs. It has a soft taste and a rich flavor thanks to the wise use of flavor extracts and the long steam cooking process. Dei Colli is included in the Italian Celiac Association’s handbook of gluten-free products.
